PAIVA & CIA - Intellecta was one of the first entities to be approved by the Government authority (Corfo) as an Intellectual Property Advisory Entity (EAPI), an accreditation granted by Corfo to professional IP firms to provide services for government subsidies for patent registration purposes.

EAPI accreditation recognizes the capacity of PAIVA & CIA - Intellecta to establish contacts with international law firm networks along with our experience in the area of intellectual property, both legal and technical, and the capacity to carry out intellectual property projects. PAIVA & CIA - Intellecta has obtained funds and managed several IP projects.

Our firm has been selected by CORFO INNOVA ( a government entity) and granted the certification that authorizes to perform Market and IP Assessment report and studies for the different type of innovation subsidies offer by the government. PAIVA & CIA - Intellecta has extensive experience in supporting innovation and intellectual property, trademarks and patents, and has established a network of contacts for Market and IP Assessment services in collaboration with US-based CEO SERVICES LLC and other entities abroad.
