PAIVA & CIA - Intellecta was one of the first professional firms selected by the Government authority (Corfo) as an Intellectual Property Advisory Entity (EAPI), an accreditation granted by Corfo to professional IP firms to provide services for government subsidies for patent registration purposes.

EAPI accreditation recognizes the capacity of PAIVA & CIA - Intellecta to establish contacts with international law firm networks and our experience in the area of intellectual property, both legal and technical, and the capacity to carry out intellectual property projects. PAIVA & CIA - Intellecta has obtained funds and managed several IP projects for new technologies.

Our firm has been selected by CORFO INNOVA (government entity) with the certification that authorizes us to elaborate Market and IP Assessment reports and studies for different type of innovation subsidies. Market and IP Assessment services evaluate the potential market for technology along with Intellectual Property Assessment; this is evaluates the strength of intellectual property, the first tool to evaluate the possible success of a new technology.
