PAIVA & CIA - Intellecta registers and administer domain names such as .cl, .com or .org for Chilean and foreign clients. We also assist in the process of registering software and license agreements and negotiating and drafting contract.
We provide continuous advice in new technologies as we are currently working actively in areas such as digital television and the new opportunities this technology can deliver to our clients.
Our principal partner, Gabriela Paiva Hantke, has also participated as co-writer of the Guidelines for the Registration of Domain Names of the Network Information Center Chile (.CL) in 1997. Since then she has been also selected as NIC Chile arbitrator for domain names disputes and she is also panelist for the World Intellectual Property Organization, WIPO. This experience allows us to provide comprehensive services in this area of expertise.
